The CELL (Center for Early Literacy Learning) was funded by the Orelena Hawks Puckett Institute, North Carolina (http://www.puckett.org) financed by the American government which favors early literacy of children with developmental problems from birth to the age of 5. The website of CELL provides numerous resources for parents, professionals, teachers or anyone taking care of a child with a deficiency or a developmental delay. We can find:
